RETURN&REFUND POLICY

We accept order cancellation within 1 day after payment. We will process your order on the first working day after payment and send out the parcel in 3~10 days, special circumstances may extend the order processing time. Any cancellation can be made if the consumer initiates the cancellation earlier than the time of shipment and within the time specified by the website in which the cancellation can be initiated.

Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you must request or notify us of a return or replacement order for the following primary reasons (not subject to return shipping charges)
